Delivered the complete mechanical services installation associated with the Datavant Levels 6 & 7 office fit-out at Bonham Quay, Galway, for main contractor John Sisk & Son.

Scope included heating and cooling systems, ventilation, drainage, water services, fire control systems and BMS controls, requiring detailed coordination, commissioning and integration with existing Bonham Quay building infrastructure and tenant fit-out requirements.
