Bonham Quay Mixed Use Development

The complete mechanical services installation for John Sisk & Son’s 34,000m² Bonham Quay development, comprising Grade A office space plus retail, restaurant and student residential facilities.

Scope included low-carbon systems such as heat pumps, chilled and heating water distribution, four-pipe fan coil units, ventilation infrastructure, BMS controls, domestic water services and public health systems, delivered following BIM Level 2 coordination processes with a design target of LEED Gold certification, across a complex live urban environment requiring detailed coordination with multiple stakeholders and phased construction sequencing.
