Complete mechanical services installation for an 11,102m² three-storey post-primary school for main contractor JJ Rhatigan & Company, delivered under a PW-CF2 Design & Build contract.

Scope included specialist ventilation systems, dust extraction to construction studies rooms, science laboratory ventilation, kitchen canopy extraction, natural gas infrastructure, rainwater harvesting systems, heating systems and full BMS integration throughout the campus, including a dedicated SEN Unit and PE Hall, delivered to BCAR, QAQC and commissioning requirements within a live educational environment.
