Munster Technological University STEM Facility

The complete mechanical services installation for a new STEM Facility for main contractor JJ Rhatigan & Company, incorporating specialist engineering workshops, laboratories, IT suites, lecture theatres, teaching spaces and heavy engineering facilities.

Systems installed included high-efficiency air source heat pump systems, laboratory ventilation systems, air handling units, BMS controls, domestic water services, rainwater harvesting infrastructure, compressed air systems and specialist gas installations serving laboratory and engineering teaching environments.
