University of Limerick Student Centre

Mechanical services infrastructure for a new Student Centre for main contractor Monami Construction, housing lecture theatres, meeting rooms, music rooms, gaming and recreation facilities, café space, welfare accommodation, offices and student support areas.

Systems installed included heat pump systems, LPHW heating, domestic hot/cold water services, ventilation systems, air conditioning and BMS controls, with full testing and commissioning.
