Portiuncula Hospital Ward Extension

Delivered the complete mechanical services package associated with the construction of a new 50-bed ward extension for main contractor Carey Building Contractors, including ancillary accommodation, circulation links to the existing hospital and four dedicated neutral pressure isolation rooms designed to meet HBN 04-01 S1 standards.

Systems installed included HVAC systems, medical gases, domestic water systems, chilled water infrastructure, rooftop plantroom installations and full BMS integration, delivered within a live acute hospital environment where uninterrupted patient care and operational continuity remained critical throughout.
