The complete mechanical services package for four new state-of-the-art operating theatres and associated recovery and HSSD facilities for main contractor Clancy Construction.

Systems installed included HTM-compliant ventilation systems, medical gases, chilled water infrastructure, reverse osmosis systems, fire suppression systems and full BMS integration, delivered within a strict fast-track programme while maintaining continuity of existing hospital operations throughout the construction phase.
