Project Overview
Removal and replacement of rooftop chiller units together with chilled water pipework modifications, BMS integration, electrical coordination and full testing and commissioning works, delivered across several University of Galway facilities including the Human Biology building, Orbsen and Bailey Allen Hall.
Work was phased to maintain continuous cooling to teaching, laboratory and research spaces throughout, within an active academic environment.
